Comic book grading is a subjective art form, and opinions can vary among collectors and professional graders.

• Raw Comics: Any grades assigned to uncertified (raw) comic books on this website reflect our honest, professional assessment based on industry standards. These grades are internal estimates only and do not guarantee how a third-party grading service (such as CGC, CBCS, or PGX) will grade the same item.

• Certified/Slabbed Comics: Professionally graded and encapsulated comic books are sold as-is based on the certification provided by the independent grading company. We are not responsible for any differing opinions regarding the grade or the condition of the inner book, nor are we responsible for any minor scuffs, Newton rings, or superficial scratches on the plastic outer holder.

• Product Imagery: Images provided for comic books may be stock photos or scans of a sample copy, particularly for new releases, variants, or modern books. The actual copy you receive may have minor manufacturing variations, standard printer ink tolerances, or slight condition differences. For high-value backissues, we make every effort to provide actual photos of the specific book for sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this comic book shop, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or the purchase of any products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We pride ourselves on packaging comic books securely to withstand transit. However, once a package is handed over to a shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), risk of loss and title for the items pass to you, the buyer. We are not liable for transit delays, weather damage, or packages stolen after a verified delivery. If an item arrives severely damaged due to carrier mishandling, please retain all packaging material and contact us immediately to assist you in filing an insurance claim.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the highly collectible and volatile nature of comic books, returns are subject to the following strict conditions:

• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is strictly responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Raw comic books must not be opened from their bags/boards or handled further, and certified/slabbed books must remain in their untampered, sealed plastic capsules. Any item returned with signs of altered condition, damage, or wear will not be eligible for a refund.

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated and shipped back within [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days of the verified delivery date.

Refund Limitations: Eligible refunds are strictly for the product item cost only. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
